Of course. We have professionals who will advise you throughout the entire process: from signing contracts to mortgages, notary services, and legal documentation.
What is the cost of hiring their services?
Our fees vary depending on the type of transaction (sale or rental). We always provide clear and transparent information about the costs before we begin.
How does the rental process work with All4Flat?
The process is simple and transparent:
1. Visit the apartment in person or online (video call or video submission).
2. Formalization of the reservation with the signing of the application document and the payment of one month's rent.
3. Submission of documentation within a maximum period of 3 days to assess solvency and 7 days to receive acceptance by the owner.
4. If the profile is accepted, an appointment is set for signing the contract.
5. For the delivery of the keys, the total initial amount of the rental must be deposited into the All4Flat account.
What documents do I need to provide to rent an apartment?
The documentation varies depending on the client's situation:
- Workers in an employment relationship: ID card or equivalent, employment contract, last 3 payslips and employment history.
- Students: Registration, joint guarantee (with employment contract, last 3 payslips and employment history), ID or equivalent of each guarantor.
- Self-employed: ID card or equivalent, income tax return (last period), last 3 self-employed receipts.
- Limited companies: Company tax identification number, ID of the person in charge, last corporate tax return filed, taxes for the last year and a bank solvency report.
